We are delighted to introduce the next speaker of the D&A Forum - ARCHI-STRADA, which will be held as part of BUDMA 2025! Our guest will be Mateusz Mastalski - an architect and urban planner with international experience, currently serving as Design Director at the renowned Henning Larsen studio in Copenhagen.

Mateusz Mastalski is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Silesian University of Technology, who gained experience in design offices such as Medusagroup, KWK Promes, MVRDV and COBE. He specialises in architectural competitions, master plans and projects for large public buildings.

His portfolio includes the development of the Imperial Shipyard site in Gdansk, the transformation of 21 km of the North-South Corridor highway into public spaces in Singapore, the Fælledby social district in Copenhagen.

Mateusz Mastalski is also a respected educator and critic, collaborating with international institutions and trade journals such as A10 and Architecture and Business.

During ARCHI-STRADA 2025, he will give a talk entitled:
‘Sustainable design - wood as the building material of the future’.
This is a unique opportunity to learn how sustainable design approaches and the use of wood can change the future of architecture.
