Justyna Dziedziejko, author of the “Akcja Burza” Park project, will speak at the D&A 2026 Forum (ARCHI-STRADA 2026).
The Burza Action Park with the Warsaw Uprising Mound is a symbolic place for the whole of Warsaw. The facility consists of many elements referring to the memorable events of 1944, as well as those that facilitate users' contact with nature. This combination is an architectural phenomenon, awarded the European Prize for Urban Public Space. The originator of the project, Justyna Dziedziejko, will talk about its implementation in her lecture.

Landscape architect, architect, founder of the topoScape studio. In 2018–2024, assistant at the Faculty of Architecture, Warsaw University of Technology. Winner of numerous competitions (consortium: topoScape + Archigrest).
Author of the design for the “Akcja Burza” Park on the Warsaw Uprising Mound. This project has been honored with, among others, the European Prize for Urban Public Space 2024, the European Garden Award 2025, and was the winner of three categories of the Architectural Awards of the Mayor of Warsaw, including the Grand Prix of the competition, the Grand Prix of the Architectural Award of the weekly magazine “Polityka,” the Grand Prix of the Life in Architecture 2025 competition, and our project was shortlisted for the EU Mies Award 2026 competition.
