Conscious and subconscious aesthetic evaluation of space and its impact on user behavior. Psychology and neuroscience in design—this is the topic of the presentation by Marta Wierusz, architect and interior designer, who has joined the group of speakers at the D&A Forum.

Marta Wierusz is the Lead Interior Designer at APA Wojciechowski. She has over 20 years of experience in the architectural industry and has been managing prestigious commercial, private, and public interior design projects for 16 years. Her main projects include the interiors of a shopping mall, office and residential buildings at Elektrownia Powiśle in Warsaw, the interiors of the Barcelo Powiśle Hotel in Warsaw, the interiors of the Skyliner office building in Warsaw, and the interiors of the Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw.
She specializes in sustainable, universal, and inclusive design, particularly for neuroatypical and elderly people. Lecturer in Design at the School of Form in Warsaw and in postgraduate studies at the SWPS University in Warsaw. Member of the SARP Team for Accessibility and Inclusive Design. Graduate of the prestigious Business in Women's Hands project of the Women's Entrepreneurship Foundation.
